About the instrument:
The earliest recorded pipe organ in this sanctuary was completed in 1883 by Hook and Hasting.

On March 27, 1960, the church began work to renovate and remodel the Sanctuary and install a new Pipe Organ. The organ was designed and built by the Schantz Organ Company of Orville, Ohio and consists of 20 ranks containing 1271 pipes. The organ was completed in 1964

The current Pipe Organ renovation was completed in 2013 by Bunn Minnick Pipe Organ Company of Columbus, Ohio. This magnificent instrument has the following specifications:
3 Manuals and Pedal,
36 Ranks,
2,283 total pipes with 7 ranks extending to 16 feet.

The organ incorporates a portion of the church’s 1964 Schantz organ. A new handcrafted facade was completed by Bunn Minnick artisans. Its design was inspired by photos of the church’s 1883 Hook and Hastings instrument.
