Saint Joseph Cathedral Choir embraces the tradition of Choral Evensong with beautiful choral settings of psalms, hymns, and antiphons for an hour of enchanting music, prayer, meditation, and peace. Based on the ancient Divine Office and conjoining parts of Vespers and Compline, Choral Evensong is a popular musical event in the UK and across northern Europe, attracting people of all ages to its beauty, brevity, and respite. The Cathedral Choir is pleased to be joined for Evensong by Ensemble Una Voce, an independent choral ensemble founded in 2019 and dedicated to the traditions of choral music for the liturgy.
